FantomCARGO.

In development · First look

A cargo aircraft with no one on board. FantomCARGO rises on eight dedicated lift rotors, then hands the work to the wing and a tail pusher for cruise — lose any lift motor and it still lands like nothing happened. A hybrid turbogenerator tops the batteries up in flight, so range is measured in states, not city blocks. A detachable belly pod swallows the freight; autonomy flies the route. Middle-mile logistics, minus the runway, minus the pilot.

The pod is the product. Freight is loaded into a pod before the aircraft ever lands; touchdown, release, roll in the next pod, gone. The aircraft never waits on cargo, and cargo never waits on the aircraft — turnaround is measured in minutes, by machines.

// 04 — Why lift + cruise
// Lift
Eight rotors up.

Eight dedicated lift rotors on twin booms — any pad, parking lot, or clearing. Lose a motor on departure and the other seven finish the job.

// Cruise
Winged where it counts.

In forward flight the lift rotors feather and the wing carries the weight behind a single tail pusher. A hybrid turbogenerator recharges the packs mid-flight — that's the range.

// Autonomy
Nobody on board.

Pilotless by design: no cabin, no canopy, no life support. The payload is the whole mission — loaded and swapped in minutes via the belly pod.
