Fantom is built by operators who have created category leaders, moved markets, and led under pressure — now turning that experience to personal flight, aerospace, and defense.

Brand · Technology · Strategy

Graham Kramer is an American entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Fantom, the aerospace company building the Fantom X personal eVTOL. A brand and technology strategist by background, he has spent his career turning ambitious companies into category leaders. At Allergan, he served as Chief of Branding and was a strategic member of the executive team — led by Brent Saunders — behind the company's ~$60 billion sale, a landmark transaction that carried roughly $20 billion in consumed debt.

He founded Fantom to bring that brand instinct, technology fluency, and operating discipline into aerospace and defense — engineering personal flight from first principles and building it in-house, from frame to firmware. Under his leadership, Fantom is moving from concept to a market-ready aircraft on a timeline measured in months, not decades: a real product, in customers' hands, fast.

That doctrine now extends beyond flight. Graham is also the founder of Fantom Robotics, where the company is currently developing UNIT 01 — a full-size humanoid robot built for the dull, the dirty, and the dangerous, so people don't have to be. Same playbook, new frontier: own the design, own the intelligence, own the experience — from the woven shell to the foundation policy running on board. See the reveal →

Graham's conviction is that the next great aerospace brand will be defined not just by what it flies, but by how completely it owns the design, the technology, and the experience. More at grahamkramer.com.

Robert Aughey

Markets · Systems · Operations

Robert Aughey is a former United States Marine, an FAA licensed private pilot, and a nationally known futures, forex and options trader and trading system developer. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and pairs the discipline of that service with an elite command of risk, capital, and markets under pressure.

He is also one of the field's genuine early adopters of machine intelligence. Long before "AI" entered the popular vocabulary, Robert was building neural networks, genetic algorithms, machine learning models and expert systems and putting them to work in live markets — autonomous systems trusted with real capital, judged only by whether they performed. As former CEO of ProfitQuest Trading Systems, his work was featured in Futures Magazine's coverage of the most profitable automated trading systems.

As President of Fantom, Robert drives the company's operations, capital strategy, compliance, and growth — applying the same conviction and precision that defined his trading career to the build-out of a vertically integrated aerospace and robotics company. He has spent a career teaching machines to make decisions no one gets to second-guess; at Fantom, that instinct runs the business.

Max Gilbane

Operations · Jobsite Technology

Max Gilbane is a Business Development Director at EquipmentShare, where he has spent nearly six years after joining in the company's early stages. He leads the strategic partnership with Gilbane Building Company, a leading family-owned construction firm, driving adoption of EquipmentShare's T3 platform across Gilbane's mega-site projects.

That work puts technology where the work actually happens — streamlining equipment management, improving site visibility, and unlocking operational efficiency at scale. T3's telematics give accurate, real-time visibility into diesel consumption and CO2 emissions across the life of a project, supporting precise fuel forecasting and sustainability reporting on large jobsites.

Max's work bridges construction and technology, translating on-the-ground jobsite needs into data-driven tools for faster, smarter execution. At Fantom he serves as Chief of Operations and board member.
